Who we are
A Ugandan foundation converting mobilisation into measurable income.
Aswam Youth Foundation (AYF) is a Ugandan youth-focused, community-based organisation addressing youth unemployment, skills mismatch and community wellbeing through an integrated mobilisation-to-livelihoods model.
We use sports for mass engagement, drama for behaviour change, and structured skills pathways to move young people into employment, self-employment and enterprise — in partnership with schools, SMEs, NGOs, churches and local authorities.
